Problem/Motivation

Currently, the Redirect Audit dashboard is only accessible via the local task tab on the redirects page (/admin/config/search/redirect/audit), but it does not appear in the administration menu tree.

Steps to reproduce

This means that when navigating through Configuration > Search and metadata > URL redirects in the toolbar, there is no direct link to audit.

The audit tab has been added to the administration menu tree, under Settings > Search and metadata > URL redirects.
