Problem/Motivation

I found the wording on "Additional tests and split configuration for developers" confusing. When I sought clarification, @itmaybejj wrote:

The developer check area must be a superset of the content area. The checker checks the developer area, reports all the issues to the dashboard, and then either shows everything (to developers), or filters to just the content check area minus content ignores (to content editors). For most people the defaults will work fine -- everything under body for developers, just main for content editors.

The current wording for that section reads:

Editoria11y scans the developer check area, and then filters those results to display a subset to content editors. The developer area must include the content area!

Based on @itmaybejj's explanation, please consider re-wording to:

Any areas that are excluded for developers will also be excluded for content editors. Don't exclude editable content areas!
