not subscribing

Hello,

I've installed the module and the block is appearing as it should be. The mail-adresses are filed in correctly.

However, if someone enters a mail-adress it does not get processed. I get the message
Please check your mail at steven_vermoere@hotmail.com to confirm registration of:
nieuwsbrief@wfschiltz.be

What is going wrong ? I do not see anything in the logs
