beta2 need dev release of UI Patterns [#3572757]

Problem/Motivation

beta2 need dev release of UI Patterns, ohterwise beta1 is getting installed :

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/display_builder ^1.0.0-beta2 -> satisfiable by drupal/display_builder[1.0.0-beta2].
    - drupal/display_builder 1.0.0-beta2 requires drupal/ui_patterns 2.0.x-dev -> found drupal/ui_patterns[dev-2.0.x, 2.0.x-dev (alias of dev-2.0.x)] but it does not match your minimum-stability.

Thanks @ipumpkin for the proposal. However:

there is playwright fail in the pipeline
in a MR comment, Jean (@mogtofu) told us we need to wait Waiting for #3563204: Implement settings summary for Textfield widget to be included in the next UI Patterns release
