Added administrative UI for managing AI Journey Mappings under
Administration → Structure → AI Journey Mappings.

Journey mappings can now be created and edited via UI in addition to YAML configuration.

Technical notes

Orchestration is performed at the block / rendered component level.

Layout Builder sections are not manipulated directly, by design.
