With the January 09, 2009 release of Userpoints 6.x-1.0, hook_userpoints changed. Here are a bunch of patches to fix that in all but userpoints_role (had some troubles there, maybe someone else can figure it out?).

In addition, the userpoints_pageviews patch adds taxonomy categorization and the userpoints_no_negative patch has changes to add the <?php tag to the head and change to comment format (maybe this is wrong, can someone confirm?).
