Problem/Motivation

For a package that is the foundation of Drupal CMS's installer (and maybe others), it's remarkable that Recipe Installer Kit has no tests.

In fairness, testing is hard to do because this package is not a traditional Drupal extension. And it works on the installer to boot, which is tricky to test in the best of times.

Nonetheless, 'tis necessary.
