Problem/Motivation

The module does not display the link to its configuration page on the installed modules listing page.

Steps to reproduce

Access the installed modules page, search for the "S3 File System CORS Upload" module and verify that the link to the module's configuration page does not appear.

Proposed resolution

Add the route to the module configuration form in the s3fs_cors.info.yml file.
