Problem/Motivation

Adds two Single Directory Components (SDC) to provide a flexible Bootstrap 5 Accordion system:

  1. Accordion Container: Handles the main wrapper and optional "flush" style.
  3. Accordion Item: Individual collapsible items with configurable heading levels (h2-h6) and "open by default" settings.
