Problem/Motivation

User should not see the private files in search results on imce/public page and vice versa - the public files on imce/private

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create public and private files - test_public.png and test_private.png
  2. Go to imce/public
  3. Search by 'test'
  4. The private file test_private.png in the search result
  5. Click on test_private.png and nothing happen
