Problem/Motivation

D2 is intended to provide developers with a succinct syntax to define diagrams. Providing a text filter would make this available to Drupal content editors.

Proposed resolution

We should be able to model this on the Mermaid Filter. However, we should be able to use shell_exec (or similar) to generate an SVG that we inject directly. Later, we can cache the resulting SVG.
