Problem/Motivation

In the administrative interface, there is a stray character at the end of the message that directs users to the configuration page. Specifically, a redundant closing bracket (>) is displayed after the link text.

Current text: To configure settings go to Search and Replace Scanner configuration>

Steps to reproduce

Go to the /admin/content/scanner page

Proposed resolution

Remove the extra > character to ensure the text is clean.
