Problem/Motivation

As a user/contributor/site owner it would be great to have MR environments so I can save tons of time evaluating MRs without needing to pull it locally.

Had to close the MR and reopen it to get the tugboat preview to generate. Sometimes tugboat preview doesn't get connected.

You should be able to the preview appear below the branch name. Here is a screenshot for reference:
