Motivation

Let's add a recipe which installs and configures the core standard profile well.

Proposed resolution

- Atm out of the box the image and body of an article is not well configured. Let's add some little config adjustments on top + install standard profile from recipes.
- Let's simply add this new recipe in a sub-folder "standard" + add the parent recipe as recipe dependency.
- Let's also add the functional test to run the recipe. See drupal core recipes as example

the recipe is working fine. I'm also adding a test case and test setup, so need to make this green first. But the recipe is ready for review.
