Currently, the Domain Config UI module adds an "Enable domain configuration" button to all configuration forms.

We need a new configuration field that allows administrators to hide this button on specific configuration forms.
The field should accept a space-separated list of configuration names. For each configuration listed, the "Enable domain configuration" button will not be rendered.

This will give finer control over which settings can be overridden per domain.
