It would be useful to be able to purge by host.

Proposed resolution

1. Refactor the code so that it's possible to pass a "hosts" option: \Drupal\cloudflare_purge\Purge::purge` and \Drupal\cloudflare_purge\CloudflarePurgeCredentials::cfPurgeCache
2. create a form under /admin/config/cloudflare-purge to purge the current host
3. If #3246934: Drush command for purging cache is fixed, add a Drush command to purge by host

Thanks for the contribution. V2 is being retired, and v3 has been fully revamped with this feature included, so there will be no further releases for v2. Future changes should target v3.
