Problem/Motivation

While reviewing #3548756: Change profiles/recipes to not use text_with_summary I noticed that the options_config_install_test module contains configuration for a Body field and I wondered "Why?" So I tried removing it. The Options tests passed without the field. It seems superfluous.

Proposed resolution

Remove the Body field configuration from options_config_install_test.

The config was introduced in #2310093: Config install and import should map from storage record not set properties directly but never used in a test.
