I opened this issue to address these issues:

- Update README.md file to remove ESINERGIA and replace it with OPTASY INC.
- Update composer.json file to remove "php": ">=8.1" and change "^10.2 || ^11" to "^10.3 || ^11" in the require section (at the end of the file)
