Problem/Motivation

PHP 8.5 deprecations are trigger in \Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityAccessControlHandler due to kernel tests doing odd things.

Steps to reproduce

Run \Drupal\Tests\node\Kernel\NodeAccessTest::testNodeAccess and \Drupal\KernelTests\Core\Entity\ValidReferenceConstraintValidatorTest::testPreExistingItemsValidation
