Formatter smartdate_dailyrange: Option 'date_first' does not work

Problem/Motivation

I am using the smartdate_dailyrange formatter in a recurring setup.
In my observation the date_first option is not applied correctly.
My date_first option is set to 1. But the time part is displayed first.
By this the rendering is confusing if I setup my dates with recurring or without.

I have added screenshots from my date setup in the node and using the default date type config.

Steps to reproduce

Create a node with recurring date and a node without a recurring date.
Set formatter to "Daily range" und set date_fiirst.
See the difference.
