People want to feel safe at events. The purpose of this vetting process is to ensure that community members who assume public-facing or leadership roles are in good standing with the community.

Under "Responsibility of the Individual" what happens if they refuse to decline? I guess that is probably out of our control mostly. Just curious if there were any thoughts about that.

I added some suggested language for what would happen if they refused to decline the opportunity; i.e., that the CRT could impose additional sanctions.
