All input fields on the Permissions page at /admin/people/permissions are left aligned.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Permissions page at /admin/people/permissions, and see that the input fields are all left aligned in both Claro and Olivero.

Center the input fields.

I tried the latest 11.x-dev release today, and input fields are now centered again, so the problem has gone.
