Problem/Motivation

The event MauticWebhookReceived isn't required at all, and also the EventSubscriber can be removed, as well as the HookHandler. That will then also resolve #3550474: HookHandler will not be supported for eca 3.1.0.

The ECA event can directly listen to the existing MauticWebhookEvent event. That removes complexity significantly.
