Problem/Motivation

The calculation has two data fields to store the data input to the calculator and the results data received. The data in the fields are intended to be used by module developers who want to use or extend the calculation log. The fields are invisible in the log's form mode but are currently visible in the view mode.

They should also be hidden in the view mode.
