Problem/Motivation

Drupal updated its add a field page in Drupal 11.2, and the tests need to be updated because they are failing on it.

Steps to reproduce

As of pipeline 556876, PHPUnit tests have failed.

Proposed resolution

Conditionally support Drupal 10 and Drupal 11 add-field page layout, with Drupal 11.1 and below having a radio select and continue button, and 11.2+ having links to select a field-type.

Confirmed locally that 11.1.8 does indeed still have the radio select and continue button.
