Site improvements discussed during 09/10/2025 alignment call

Here’s a list of changes we’d like to implement:

Make the main menu more visible and prominent.
Especially highlight “Adquira seu ingresso” (see attachment for reference).

Create a new static page with general event info:
date, location, goals, audience, etc.

Group sponsors by level:
Gold, Silver, Bronze, Community Partners.

Add an image carousel on the homepage.

Add a chevron icon (or similar) to expandable sections (e.g. "see more").

In the agenda view:
Show speaker photo.
Add talk duration.
