Provide viewing the list of logged requests in Drupal admin panel

When visiting /admin/reports/request-log I see this:

Twig\Error\RuntimeError: An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Unsupported operand types: Drupal\views\Render\ViewsRenderPipelineMarkup / int") in "__string_template__a32f8a923cc294c2a224e7ab8975ec84" at line 1. in Twig\Template->yield() (line 416 of /drupal/vendor/twig/twig/src/Template.php).

I think it's related to this issue, but still investigating.

The problem is somewhere in the "Override the output of this field with custom text" setting of "Logger: Log value (Memory)" and/or "Logger: Log value (Size)" of the default view config.

I added a functional test for this, and that surfaced a warning from the `logger` module:

Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in /builds/project/request_logger/web/modules/contrib/logger/src/Logger/Logger.php on line 149

The tests pass, but there is a warning emitted by the `logger` module, which is a dependency of this module, which marks the tests as "risky", causing the pipeline to fail. Therefore, this issue is blocked by https://www.drupal.org/project/logger/issues/3553568

Hah, weird situation here:

• https://www.drupal.org/project/logger/issues/3553568 is solved and https://www.drupal.org/project/logger/releases/1.0.0-alpha4 is released. Awesome.
• drupal/logger is not a direct dependency of this module, but a transitive dependency via drupal/logger_db. Therefore, I have nothing to change in composer.json.
• Since I don't have any commits to add, the pipeline won't run again automatically...
• Re-running the specific pipeline jobs, even the composer pipeline job, doesn't work, because some CVEs were published since it last ran: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/request_logger/-/jobs/8911009
• Therefore, I have to trigger a new pipeline manually, or edit one of my commit messages and force push, or add a useless commit on top of this branch.

I'll try this now to see what works...

OK, I found that there is a "Run pipeline" button on the Merge Request page, under the pipelines tab (not on the Pipelines page accessed from the sidebar). It seems to work.
