Problem/Motivation

When using 'Convert' image operations with the Bunny Optimizer toolkit enabled, the following error appears when resizing images:

The selected image handling toolkit 'bunny_optimizer' can not process operation 'convert'.

Proposed resolution

This could be fixed by removing the convert operations from the image styles, but I think it's a better idea to add a stub ImageToolkitOperation plugin. This way, it becomes easier to switch between image toolkits.
