Problem/Motivation

Error in the Form settings configuration, the configuration for the component in the "Form settings" that reads "Collapse component, set close by default" does not work when there is a single component.

Steps to reproduce

Add a field that is limited to 1
Configure a lone component in this field
The component in the edit form will always be open, no matter what the configuration says.

Proposed resolution

That the configuration will work in these type of cases.
