Problem/Motivation

Ensure that Trash works properly with path aliases. A couple of things to be aware of:
- deleted path aliases should not be "found" by the alias repository
- new path aliases can be created with the same path and alias as deleted ones

Looks like this made D10 sites unable to restore trashed content: #3549799: Latest release 3.0.19 breaks restore for Drupal 10 sites
