Support regular expressions for role matching

This can be particularly useful to, for example, grant permissions to all authenticated users that have at least one additional role. That can help with not having to update the permission map every time the permissions for new or existing admin roles are changed in relation to viewing or editing entities. A regular expression can match users that have at least one additional role and the user will then inherit the permissions granted at the entity level.
