Problem/Motivation

Some modules, like Canvas, are decorating html_response.attachments_processor, so we need to rely on AttachmentsResponseProcessorInterface instead of the specific HtmlResponseAttachmentsProcessor implementation when injecting a dependency.

Proposed resolution

Change the autowire in ApiController.
