Update README

    The README.md should include instructions on how to use the provided script to create a subtheme, so developers don’t need to manually move theme folders.

    Subtheme Directory Naming

    After running the script, a directory in the new theme is still created with the placeholder name THEMENAME_ui. This should be replaced automatically with the actual subtheme name.

    Build Process Fix

    The directory inside THEMENAME_ui should be renamed properly so that the build command (npm run css) works without errors.

    Variable Conflict

    The $white variable inside the THEMENAME_ui variables file causes conflicts when forwarded. This variable should be removed from the default variables file, and if needed, it can be handled via @forward ... hide $white in the theme.
