We should allow the API client ID to be set by a token to support multiuser sites where the ECA model might be executing in the context of a specific user. For example, to create a calendar event on that user's calendar. An API client will need to be created for each user in this case, but that's outside the scope of this module. (should be possible with the Google API PHP Client module, even if there's not specifically code to do this on a per-user basis yet)
