Problem/Motivation

Right now there are several fields on the archive form that should only be present under certain setttings.
If I turn off aggregation by keyword, the archive form: archive_type should lose the keyword and annual keyword option.
If I turn off aggregation by theme, the archive form: archive_type should lose the theme and annual theme option.

Acceptance Criteria

If I turn off aggregation by keyword, the archive form: archive_type should lose the keyword and annual keyword option.
If I turn off aggregation by theme, the archive form: archive_type should lose the theme and annual theme option.
Depending on the settings for aggregation by theme or keyword, the help text for the aggregate_on field should change accordingly.
