Add extra_wrapper_class prop and fix element__wrapper rendering in SEEDS Teasers

Currently, in SEEDS UI patterns (e.g., Teasers):

The component YAML does not include an extra_wrapper_class prop, so designers cannot add custom wrapper classes via the Visual Editor.

The existing element__wrapper prop, intended to allow selection of the HTML tag, does not render correctly in Twig templates.

Twig templates do not use the attributes object when rendering the wrapper element.

As a result:

Any class added in the Visual Editor or via attributes.class is ignore.
