Problem/Motivation

As witnessed, the DSFR library has side effects on the Navigation top bar, especially on links.

Discussed today in UI Suite DSFR weekly, as the Navigation module is still experimental, let's fix that in Sobki DSFR first then we will contrib it back in ui_suite_dsfr.

Proposed resolution

Try to fix by providing minimal CSS overrides with library overrides/extends to be loaded when appropriate.
