Problem/Motivation

This issue (https://www.drupal.org/project/views_csv_source/issues/3540847) adds a Numeric filter for Views CSV Source. It would be great to adopt the same approach, but for date values.

Making a note here that this issue focused on date. We may want to start a new ticket that confirms the decisions made around time. Opting to ship earlier rather than let this ticket languish.
