Problem/Motivation

The current README.txt is outdated or lacks the recommended structure. Additionally, the composer.json file is missing which is important for Composer-based Drupal installations and module discovery.

Proposed resolution

  1. Convert README.txt to README.md
  2. Update README content to follow Drupal README.md template standards
  3. Add a composer.json file
