Problem/Motivation

On a fresh install.

Submit a new page layout config entity from /admin/structure/page-layout/add
TypeError: Cannot assign array to property Drupal\display_builder_page_layout\Entity\PageLayout::$display_builder of type string in Drupal\Core\Config\Entity\ConfigEntityBase->set() (line 173 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Config/Entity/ConfigEntityBase.php).
