Problem/Motivation

Since we reduced the size of ui_styles.yml file, we deleted a lot of utility classes for Tailwind widths. Then they are no more taken into account during the build process.

It then produced a side effect on avatar component.

Proposed resolution

Add specific avatar widths to the safelist and regenerate app.css in the root theme.
