As determined in https://www.drupal.org/project/lupus_decoupled/issues/3520654#comment-16... we need a new API that allows us to preview custom elements in the Drupal admin backend, which we can then leverage in XB previews. Adding here.

While #3542919: Improve mapping of SDCs custom elements is still open, this seems to be not so important atm. The general default of falling back for traditional rendering and wrapping in drupal-markup seems fine, the optoinal mapping would be an optional feature we can add later.

That said, we can call this done! :-)
