Problem/Motivation
proeung did not respond to the 2025 Annual Core Maintainer Check-In and has been unresponsive throughout the 4-week confirmation period.
As per the Core subsystem maintainer policy, maintainers who do not confirm their continued involvement will be removed from MAINTAINERS.txt.
Proposed resolution:
Remove proeung’s name and contact details from the MAINTAINERS.txt entry for the Olivero subsystem.
Remaining tasks:
- Commit the update to MAINTAINERS.txt
- Notify the Core Committers Slack channel when merged
No UI/API/Data model changes.

mherchelPutra was instrumental in early Olivero work. In fact, it was her idea to get it off the ground and *really* do it. I remember the airport discussion with her (post DrupalCon Seattle) when we discussed it. It seems so long ago yet so close.
Here we are pre-FLDC 2020 sprinting. I remember I had a really bad head cold, but I was still stoked to keep working on it

quietone commented@proeung, Thanks for all the work on making Olivero!
Committed to 11.x, 11.2.x, 10.6.x, and 10.5.x. I'll also do the admin tasks, such as updating the core node, the Google group, the maintainer channel and the past maintainer page.
