Just got to know https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/robots-meta-...

and I think it would make much sense to wrap the cookie banner code into it.

While I guess this needs to be done in the Vue JS library, I'm posting the issue here.

@grevil: Could you check where it needs to be done (most outer element of the banner) and maybe add it and ask @JFeltkamp for review?
