Problem/Motivation

Currently, the Node Read Time module configuration page appears under the System admin menu. Since this module is content-related, it makes more sense for the configuration to appear under the Content menu for better UX and discoverability.

Proposed resolution

Update the node_read_time.links.menu.yml file and change the parent key to system.admin_config_content

Updated the menu item and also changed the URL from admin/config/reading-time to admin/config/content/reading-time.
