Tested MR !1 on Drupal 11.

### Testing performed

* Enabled the module successfully on Drupal 11.
* Confirmed the `Entity Url,Title` formatter is available for Entity Reference fields.
* Created an Entity Reference field (`field_related_recipe`) referencing Receips content.
* Configured the field to use the `Entity Url,Title` formatter.
* Created referenced content and verified the formatter output.
* Confirmed the output includes the referenced entity title and URL with the configured separator (`|`).
* Rebuilt Drupal caches successfully.
* No errors related to `entity_reference_field_formatter` were found in the Drupal watchdog log.

The module and formatter are working as expected on Drupal 11.

Tested and reviewed MR !1.
