I'd like to request adding the Docker Model Runner AI provider to the AI providers list in documentation

This provider allows developers to run local AI models via Docker, making it easier to experiment with open-source models without relying on external APIs. It’s especially useful for teams already using Docker — they can download and run models with a single click.

If accepted, consider adding the Docker Model Runner provider to the main AI module description to improve visibility and keep it aligned with the docs.
