no $closure tag in page.tpl.php

I was trying to figure out why the google analytics module was not working and apparently it was because the $closure was not being printed in page.tpl.php

i don't know if $closure is deprecated or what. but adding it before the tag fixed that issue and there didn't seem to be any negative side effects.
