Problem/Motivation

Media Entities might have required fields configured on themselves. (E.x the default Image Media Bundle)
The validation of those required field are skipped when using drag and drop or the upload formular.

Additionally, it's also not possible to edit the media entity when using the form element as no edit button exists to add the missing information.

Proposed resolution

An option to enable the edit button inside the media picker would be a huge improvement.
The even better solution would be to automatically open the form if there are required fields in the uploaded media after uploading it (similar to core).
