Have all Varbase Components in the Vartheme BS5 starterkit theme

Problem/Motivation

#3526576: Remove all components as they were moved to Vartheme BS5 starterkit theme

Proposed resolution

• Move all of the components from varbase components to vartheme with all dependencies and hooks.
• Add auto_switch_components: true flag to vartheme_bs5.info.yml for automatic component switching.
• Manage theme:full-build with webpack.config.components and fix coding standard.
• Cleanup for leftover
• Update to Bootstrap 5.3.7
• Fix attributes with type: object when using ui-patterns://attributes
